Take Time to Relax

When we are stressed the body does not readily receive information.
When we are relaxed we can better learn, ask questions, contemplate the information being imparted.

Taking time to relax lends to more efficient use of learning time.
Relaxation can be instilled by mediation, singing, breathing exercises, etc.
